Legacy Auto Repair Terms and Conditions
1. General Service Agreement
By authorizing repairs at Legacy Auto Repair, you agree to the following:

Estimates: Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen damage found during the repair. We will seek your verbal or written authorization before performing work that exceeds the original estimate.

Parts: We use high-quality parts that meet or exceed OEM standards. All replaced parts are disposed of unless you request to keep them at the time of check-in.

Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash and major credit cards. Vehicles not picked up within 72 hours of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.

Liability: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before service.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
By opting into our text messaging service, you agree to these carrier-mandated terms:

Program Description: You will receive messages regarding your vehicle's status, digital inspections, estimates, and appointment reminders.

Consent: You provide prior express consent to receive automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your vehicle's service needs.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final text confirming your unsubscribed status.

Privacy: Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties.
3. Warranty Information
We stand behind our work with a limited warranty on parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first), covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal driving conditions.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Plymouth County.
